I use petroleum jelly (Vaseline) at night and wear cotton gloves to bed. In the summer when its too warm for the gloves. Zims Crack Cream works well. They both work great on your feet as well.

Bag balm. Originally created for the cow's udder to keep it soft and supple after continual milking, it does wonders for the human skin as well. Or any creme or lotion containing lanolin (derived from the same lanolin that protects sheeps wool from the elements).

as strange as it sounds, try desitin diaper cream. you can't wear it out as it is very thick and white but, put it on at night while you're at home. wipe, don't wash it off before you go to bed. the other thing is to get some nightime cotton gloves. get them at walmart or a drugstore. put on the desitin and wear the gloves over night. it really does work.

Bag Balm. You can find it at a feed store or a western store. Nothing works better.

Yogurt, internally and externally. It could be eczema that is the result of candida albicans fungus. Yogurt's active bacteria counteract that fungus. Check www.hufa.org - the yeast link - for basic info on this fungus.
