Breakfast:
Bowl of kashi cereal with nonfat milk
1 piece of toast
1 nonfat sugarfree vanilla latte

Lunch:
1/2 apple
2 1/2 cups of wheat thins
1/2 organic raisins

Dinner:
1 bowl of kashi cereal with nonfat milk
1 piece of toast
1 beer
and some sour patch kids



Is that too much?

all of the cbc count was good except for the eosin % which was 9.2 and it should be no higher than a 7.0
does anyone have answers of what that means? I'm finding too many scarry answers on this, and need to know from a knowledgable person. thank you

I found out over 6 months ago I have HSV 1 & 2 and I am finally at a point where I want to start dating again. So of course I joined a site for people that are in the same jam that I am in...

...I am chatting with a very nice and seemingly very cool guy...but not only does he have HSV, but he has HPV.

Am I wrong for deciding to NOT give this guy a chance, I mean I don't need ANOTHER problem, and especially knowing I gave it to myself!!!!!

Ugh, what should I do? I have chatted with him via email for a couple weeks and he gave me his number.....

A friend of mine keeps hearing voices in his head.

It told him to kill himself..and it also told him he was a screw-up who didn't deserve to live.
It also made him almost drown...it told him it wanted to die, and he nearly drowned when our school was at a waterpark yesterday.

He knows it's a voice in his head, he doesn't know what it is.
And I don't think is Schizophrenia.

It's been, what? Three years now since I started self-injuring. Why can't I stop? Severe injury scares me - the extreme self-harming people I just think about as if they're crazy. I could never go that far. I'm mild with my harming - and it only occurs a few days every few months. My depression has gotten better over the years - I'm still not, what you would say, happy though. Lately I've been feeling more out of whack, for lack of a better word. The symptoms of Depersonalization disorder seem to hit the nail with how I feel (and have been feeling). I tried, I really did, to go to therapy at my college campus. But I couldn't do it - I was too scared. I don't tell my family anything - they have no idea how I feel. I'm past 18 now so I don't feel burdened to say anything to them really. There's that common phrase "rollercoaster" in reference to emotions. I believe that my depression will worsen in the future and I may do something drastic that I'll regret. I just don't know what to do.

Im the type of person that bottles any anger or sadness up just to make other people happy and because I live with a father whom has anger issues (Im afraid to yell back or say anything when he says something or yells at me).

Ive been bottling everything up for a long time and recently, every time I get angry I end up waiting till everyone is out of the house and either break something (of mine), falling into a habit ive developed (biting the back of my hand, sometimes to the point of breaking the skin), or hitting a wall or door.

If I dont do any of the above things, I start to feel sick and get horrible pains in my stomach for a while after. What should I do to relax and should I talk to my doctor? Im not a mean person and I hate getting like that.

I am a 17-year-old male. I jog 20 minutes five times a week and eat a healthful diet of about 2400 calories each day. My dad thinks that I should eat 3000 calories per day and stop running because it might be hard on my knees and joints. (I run on gravel roads.) By the way I am 6'2" and have a BMI of 5%. Do you agree with my dad? If you don't agree with him, how should I convince him that I'm just trying to do what the experts recommend?

I started doing pushups and situps for about a month now. I started with 40 then 75 then 100 and now i'm about 150 pushups and situps every other day. I rest 3 minutes between the sets of 25. After awhile you're body is suppose to get use to the workout to a certain point (i.e. @ 75 it gets harder). However for me after the first set it gets harder and after doing the workouts my muscle are dead tired and I'm sore the til the next workout day. Is there something wrong with me? I thought muscles are suppose to adapt after awhile.
