Too young to live a disabled life, turn off the monitor and report to ER, or call 911, contact a friend/relative to be with you.
You are going to be alright.

Of course this is a high blood pressure ! Thallium test is for to access the heart function and not the blood pressure's risk!See high blood pressure is the first number silent killer of the whole world !And what ever may be the age this BP is surely high and needs drug treatment as it may harm any time !You can not take risk just because you do not have any sign or symptoms related the high blood pressure!Do restrict your salt and saturated fatty acid in your diet !go for Ultra sonography for to see kidney and go for lipid profile also ! also go for eye exam for fundoscopy as high Bp makes damages to retinal artery!Give up your smoking if you are smoker !One and very IMP thing is be cool and pleasurable all the time !Always YouRsmE

YOU ARE SEVERELY HYPERTENSIVE.

SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG. GO TO YOUR DOC IMMEDIATELY.

Take ample bed rest. Control your BP using your tabs your doc has prescribed. 198/116 is very bad. May be you are having a lot of physical and mental stress which causes the BP to shoot to such alarming levels.

I always feel dizzy when I run around in circles. Plus it seems that lately, I seem to be doing the circle dance all the time anymore. Around and around I go. Hopefully, I will get off this crazy Merry Go Round soon. :o)
