Breakfast:
Bowl of kashi cereal with nonfat milk
1 piece of toast
1 nonfat sugarfree vanilla latte

Lunch:
1/2 apple
2 1/2 cups of wheat thins
1/2 organic raisins

Dinner:
1 bowl of kashi cereal with nonfat milk
1 piece of toast
1 beer
and some sour patch kids



Is that too much?

i wouldnt be worried if thats too much but i would about your diet - you are not getting any veggies , not enough fruit and too much carbs
try eating smaller portions 5-6 times a day so your body wouldnt store any extra calories it doesnt need at the moment in fat reserves (which happens when you eat 3 big meals a day)

No you didn't eat too much, but the wrong combination maybe.
You didn't get any , vegs or meat. And 2 l/2 cups of wheat thins is too much wheat thins.

You are probably a vegetarian? You need to get some beans etc for the protein and be sure and add a couple of veggies to your diet. Should be good.

ps I love the dinner of a beer and sour patch kids. LMAO
Kind of an oxymoron of sorts.

It would be healthier if you looked at the type of food you were eating. I see no vegetable servings and probably insufficient protein.

Nope lol its fine... haha try being me i need to have like chocolate after everymeal to feel satisfied... or mayb thats just my depression.
