I am planning on making a habit on working out in the morning within the week, but whenever I wake up, I'm hungry! All I usually eat is a bowl of cereal or Poptarts, and it fills me right up. I have heard that it's easier to work out when your stomach's empty, but many people disagree with that.
{Side Note} - I don't know if this makes a difference, but I have a great metabolism and I am only working out to build up some muscle, not burn fat.
