find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

75% is ur diet, CONTROL YOUR DIET. Your weigth will spike and then slowly drop.. kinda like when you start eating HEALTHY (no junk food, pop ect.) you'll go from 190 to 192 to 196 or something, then it will slowly drop probably 2 or 3 lbs a week, which doesn't sound like much, but when you track it you get paranoid ur losing weight too fast.
Eat fruits and Veggies, high fiber (bread/wheat), these foods (by the way) FILL YOU UP a lot faster than pizza or a meal from burgerking, you'll find that you save a LOT of money eating healthier. Go for a jog outide, for about 30min to an hour too, it works out 90% of your body (it's more effective than those machines.) You should feel it a LOT the next day if your don't exercise often. Good luck.

Your goal is actually achievable. health weight lose is 1-2 lbs a week. So you can do it. You want to decrease you caloric intake. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. When exercising you want to run about 5 days a week. Running/Jogging gets your heart rate up which will increase calorie burning. I would suggest running/walking intervals. Run for .25 and then walk .25 for a good 45 minutes. You can do it. Good luck

well no one can tell you how much you should weight because everyone is different. For example bone structure and muscle types also play a factor in determining your weight. It sounds like you definately gained weight. Well typically for 5'4" the average persone weighs between 110-130 for a typical adult height. You will lose the weight caused by your pregnacy just work it off sooner than later, many mothers have made that mistake.

The best way to loose weight and keep it off is with a total body cleanse product that provides nutrients. The body retains fat and fluids to buffer itself against toxins. Get rid of the toxins and the excess fat and fluid comes off. This can be done quite rapidly if you choose the right product.
