About three days ago I was running, and I tripped and scabbed my knee up pretty badly. The day after, I was sitting at my desk at work and it started hurting. It isn't a sharp pain, but it feels like joint pain. It only really hurts when I am sitting down for a long time, and feels better when I get up and walk around on it... Should I go to a doctor for this? I mean, what are they going to do? Give me pain killers and tell me to stay off of it for a couple of days? I want to know why it hurts.

to find out why it hurts you're going to have to have an xray. You can apply ice packs to the area for ten minutes at a time. You really need to see your medical doctor and get this examined as soon as possible, because there may be internal problems that need to be treated.

"With computers being used in all walks of life, we are likely to have tendinitis in our fingers and wrists, others can have lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow if their work involves any sort of lifting.

The good news is today there are supplements and therapies to treat the pain. Before you begin any treatment for your joint pain, better consult a doctor to decide the nature of joint pain you have and find out the various healing options.
