I have pain in my wrists and ankles that is sometimes there and other times not, one of the biggest problems is that i tried to pick up a sledge hammer the other day and the pain shot up my arm and the hammer fell out with out me even trying. osteoprosis runs in the family but im only 21. i dont drink milk but take vitimins..while typing my wrist is "poping" my ankles will give out sometimes....and in general it just hurts

I am no doctor but I would say that u would need to see a rhumitoid arthiritis doctor. This might be something to do with your bones. I dont want to scare you and tell you what you might have when i dont have all the facts. So just make sure u see a bone specialist. If they say nothings wrong. Ask to be referred to a muscle specialist.

This could possibly be arthritis but the only way to know for sure what could be causing the pain is to have this situation evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be causing the pain.

see an orthopedic doctor as soon as possible. They are specialists for the type of pain you have described. Do not hesitate and get to the doctor as soon as possible .

Go see your doctor age doesn't matter to arthritis. He will probaly do xrays to see whats going on.
