Please do not make jokes about my question---It is a serious one. I usually work 50 to 60 hours a week, and I don't get up very much from my computer. I weigh 320 pounds, I am 5'8" and I feel I am backed into a corner, that I have to do something soon, if I don't want to die from a heart attack. Maybe I am the one putting myself there. I have Diabetes, caused by PCOS, and I really need to lose weight. Trouble is, food addiction is a big thing for me. I am serious about losing weight, concerned about the consistency and endurance it will take. I prefer to talk to someone who has "been there". And, please, the people who are fit and reading this, don't judge me. You can only know what it feels like to be in this position if you were in it one day yourself. If you write anything nasty or rude, or judgmental, it will be reported.
If there is someone who would like to IM me, and HELP me, please do. I would appreciate it greatly...Advice welcome, anyone welcome to answer my question here.
