No, but supposely it is can actually help with cramps. Though to be perfectly honest, I'd rather just sit on my asss and stuff myself with ibuprofen than keep working out that week in hopes of it possibly relieving cramps.

nope, I always found that it helped to relieve some cramping and I also stopped flowing sooner.
