I have my periods n today is the 3rd day!!
but the period pain is worse today...i'm in university n i'm just unable to concentrate in class...neither work...
I cant take pain killer coz they usually end my periods which i not good...any immediate help???

Every bodies cycle is different and it is perfectly normal for you to be in pain on your 3rd day if that's what's normal for you.
A hot water bottle against your tummy can work wonders as can ginger biscuits!!
For the future perhaps you should visit your doctor for advice on painful periods and they can recommend the pill to ease your symptoms.

Just wondering, why do pain killers end ur period? that's very odd to hear. I know period pain can be hell, but I usually use tylenol or aspirin and they ease the pain. try having a warm drink, it should work too

The fact that painkillers is stopping your periods is concerning to me.
Tylenol should help with some of the pain or even Ibuprofen if you can handle it and then I would recommend that you make an appt to see your dr to have them evaluate this to see what they think is going on.

um stay calm quickly visit your principal and ask him/her for a fill in for the rest of the day then go to your doctors and ask if there is anything wrong
