I havn't slept in 3 days. I feel so worn out, my bones ache, my muscles hurt, but my mind is still active. I haven't spoken with any slur or tiredness, I've just felt tireder.

As you can see, I've stayed up the whole night, again, and I want to get to sleep. I was laying in bed for 3 hours, just closing my eyes, trying to let sleep come, but it just would'nt. How can I get to sleep

Try some soft music and perhaps some tea. Chamomile tea and kava kava tea works wonders. Usually when someone hasn't slept in that long period of time....its usually something that's troubling them. If this is the case try getting to the problem. U can also try taking a hot bath with some Epsom salt it will relax your muscles. If all else fails which i doubt consult a doctor. I hope this is helpful. Try to rest!!!!!

Until you can get to the dr to try and figure out what is going on another thing you could try is either a cup of warm milk (if not allergic to milk of course) or get some of the Sleepy Time tea by Celestial Seasonings. Even Chamomille tea I've heard is supposed to be good for helping to go to sleep. You could even try a warm bath or shower. That might help ease some of the pain with your muscles. I sometimes do this for my fibromyalgia.

Well, how is that for constitution.

Your body is obviously working right, it is tired and achy!

My uncle had both his legs run over by one of those forklifts on the docks that carry the large containers... anyway, 2 hours later and several injections to knock him out so they could operate on him and still he wouldn't go under/to sleep - he just didn't want to lose his legs!

What you are experiencing isn't normal, you need help, so go and go get some help to get through whatever it is that is stopping you from moving on/getting sleep/feeling better. Just accept whatever it is and go to sleep. When you wake up you will be able to deal with it much better, and you will feel better (if only physically, still better).
