The problem is:
You ate wings and things that the body can't digest, so your body is struggling and the "wings" can't break down with the low rated acids necessary, and the "things" that are probably starches (flour, rice, breaded, pasta), can't break down in high rated alkalized acid because:
THEY ARE NUETRALIZING EACH OTHER !!! Your body is fighting to digest and it can't! The meats are putrifying, the starches are fermenting and the toxins are inside of you! Furthermore, your body cant assimulate any nutrition from the resulting garbage because it is toxic - so WAIT three hours in between consuming them "together" if you must. No wonder everyone is so sick, the hardest thing your body ever does is digest, and since your body takes 6 - 16 hours to digest meat and starches together, and you are eating this combination every 3 - 4 hours - you'll always feel tired and ill, and your body will never have the energy to metabolize your fat, heal yourself and you will never feel energized unless you happen to eat ONLY meats or ONLY vegetables/fruits (which take no energy to digest at all - but if eating fruits on top of meats there stands a great chance the combustion of fermenting on top of meats to cause a quick trip to the restroom for a KAPOW! into the toilet - don't mess around with fermenting foods on top of meats! lol)
STOP MIXING YOUR PROTIENS WITH YOUR STARCHES!
The American diet is just plain no good because the FDA is facist (corporate inclined).

I would say that you may have food poisoning. If the chicken was left out to thaw and then was not cleaned before being cooked it could have became food poisoned right away. Go to your doctor, try a walk-in. Get some rest. If you have diarrhea us Imodium advanced. It will take care of your need to go so often and it will help with cramps also. I hope you fell better soon.

It could either be food poisoning, or your body letting you know that your period is coming. If this still continues I would recommend trying a walk-in clinic to see if they can be of assistance. If these symptoms get worse please go to the ER.
The reason I bring up possibly your period is because sometimes stomach pain can occur in the days and weeks before the period. If it is your period please keep an eye on the nausea and document it and any other symptom that you notice that may be out of the ordinary for you so that you can let the dr know when you go if you find you have to go.
