What is the suggested vitamin C intake for teens who have a cold? Is 4000 mg a day too much?

if you want to have some yogurt, cheese and eggs? I don't know how to really get it to the right place, i mean if i eat 2 breakfast tacos my fatintake is covered for the day but what if I'm gonna have some whole milk yogurt at night?
How much fat should you eat and what are good and healthy sources for it?
What foods don't have fat in them so I don't burst my fat intake like today?

Please help me! I am desperate. My diet has way too much fat but I don't know where it's coming from...

I'm 22 and haven't been able to go to a dentist since I was 16 due to lack of dental insurance. I brush regularly and also floss but I haven't had my wisdom teeth pulled out (I believe almost all 4 are almost completely grown in or partly) and it seems as though my gums are receding very badly in the front. The past year I haven't been able to brush w/o my gums bleeding at least a little bit and sometimes they will bleed for no reason. I'm very worried about my teeth and what will happen to them, I even have dreams that they are falling out! I'm curious what I should do about my problem or what may be happening to me.

i don't know what happe3ned i did not cut it or anything I have 3 cats but I did not get scratched. the ring finger however is very swollen around the nail. the other day I squeezed around the cuticle to bring out some pus, then I soaked in in hot water and used neosporin quite a bit and it was starting to get better now i noticed it has blown up again. it isvery soft like ablister but it noit a blister its hot and red and swelled what can id I have no antibiotics I do not really have a doctor and I am sure if I go to the er now i will be there for hours (its friday nite in my area there's shootings and stabbings that take precendent ) its not travelling up my arm and does not appear to be at the blood poisoning stage

I could tell something was wrong with the food but i still ate half of it..im so stupid.
Now if i burp i can taste it, and i can feel it sitting wrongly in my stomach, I feel ike throwing up, and im hopeing i wont, anyway to get rid of that feeling fast?I took a acid reducer.

I was sick last month and went to the doctor. He said it didn't look like a throat infection but he gave me antibiotics to be safe (felt like a bad flu with really sore throat.) I got over that about 2 weeks ago. So, i was well for 2 weeks and now i am sick AGAIN. I have been sick for 2 days now and i am SICK of being SICK!

On my first day, i took 3 Cold FX and the next day i took Cold pills, and today again 3 cold pills. I don't seem to be getting much better. It feels like a flu.. i am aching all over, heachache, back ache, BAD nasal congestion, sinus pressure, mild cough and throat irritation.

Why am i sick? Any idea why i have been sick almost all month? Any advice?

Hello all, I had my son 3 years ago and since then I have done nothing (exercise wise.) And I have this belly that I really need to lose, I dont have a gym membership,Iam more looking for exercises that I can do at home.
