Nausea and the urge to throw up (emesis) can be caused by any food that's hot, spicy, greasy, and with strong flavors. It does not really mean that there's something wrong in taco bell food. Some people do experience what you're experiencing.

The Gastrointestinal tract senses this and is stimulated to become hyperactive. However, you can't just rule out that something might be wrong. If you have activated charcoal, its safer to take that. ANTACIDS ARE NOT A GOOD CHOICE, it could cause rebound activity that triggers the stomach to produce more acid. Neither must you try to make yourself vomit, the acid from the stomach is not meant to go out through your mouth!

You simply have to wait it out till you excrete it naturally - through your feces/stool. But if the abdominal pain persists and becomes unbearable, you must see a doctor.

Maybe your system just can't tolerate that kind of food, so try to avoid it next time.

ew..im never eating there again. New Years Eve weekend, i felt horrible. my mom was fine but im just so turned off by it.
i ended up throwing up for like a whole day and i couldnt get rid of it or help it any. i took Pepto Bismol and also this nausea medicine. neither one helped, just made it worse.
now my guess is if nausea medicine doesnt work then an acid reducer isnt gonna help.
i would say you have a good chance of throwing up because obviously if its bad (which youre implying it is) then its gonna wanna come out.

Well whatever you ate it was toxic to your system. Any thing thats not natural is always toxic. The best thing for you to do is throw up. throwing up offers instant relief. Also you could try a little baking soda and water. the combination will help you to expel air in your stomach. In the future stay away from fast food.
That kind of food is sickening.

Take one or two ginger tablets. They'll stop the nausea in about 10 to 15 minutes. Available at any drugstore, health food store, or Walmart, in the vitamin section.

If you're basically healthy...let your body do what it needs to do. I agree with the earlier post about ginger. Dramamine works well too. All I can add is...Taco Bell?? Ya might wan't to be a bit more pickey about what you where you eat.

You're naucious. Best bet is to blow chunks, but if you'd rather not, try drinking a bit of water and laying out for a while.

Their tomatoes and onions are not always as fresh as they should be. Imodium D can help if you get diarrhea. Tums can help if you just feel queasy.

gulbladder issues can cause the same reaction. Since it was a fatty food I'd see a dr. They can be painful.
