My periods normally come at the beginning of the month but lately i've only had one five day period every other month since December. Should I be worried?

definitely talk to your gyno. maybe it's nothing, but could be something like a hormone imbalance and could easily be fixed by birth control pills.

your may have poor nutrition or you're just irregular. try going on the pill because it is also usd for regulation. its no big deal, a lot of girls have this problem. i did from when i was 9 to 17!! i would get like 7 periods a year!

It really just depends on your age and since we do not have that information it is hard to say. If you are younger that you are perfectly fine. There are all kinds of hormones and changes that take place that it is usual. If you are middle aged then I would say to go to the doctor just to make sure that everything is okay!

If you are young (teens) it might just be normal. Exercising too much can cause it to stop, a lot of pro athletes just plain stop having it. Ginger will help make it normal, but if you are older I would talk to a doctor.
