if you want to have some yogurt, cheese and eggs? I don't know how to really get it to the right place, i mean if i eat 2 breakfast tacos my fatintake is covered for the day but what if I'm gonna have some whole milk yogurt at night?
How much fat should you eat and what are good and healthy sources for it?
What foods don't have fat in them so I don't burst my fat intake like today?

Please help me! I am desperate. My diet has way too much fat but I don't know where it's coming from...
Thank you in advance
Hanna

Several points:
- Get nonfat or low-fat yogurt. Nobody needs whole fat yogurt.
- Cheese is generally 50% fat.
- For the eggs, get Egg Beaters or whatever the equivalent is. The yolks contain most of hte fat.
- Why in God's name are you drinking whole milk? It is HORRIBLE for you. Learn to like nonfat or 1% or 2% milk.

Your diet should not generally be more than 30% fat. Shoot for that. Read ingredients labels. Eat more fruits and vegetables, as you'll feel more full that way.

Don't cook with butter or lard -- it adds up quickly. Use PAM or some other spray-on oil, or a VERY small amount of olive oil or canola oil when you cook. No more than 1-2 tablespoons for a dish that would serve two.

Focus on eating foods with more spices and not just butter, salt and sugar. You will like the foods better and won't miss the butter / salt / sugar.

Good luck Hanna. It is doable. Take care.

No bread, soda, red meat. drink skim or fat free milk, low fat cheese or 2%, and fat free yogurt....simple as that. If your gonna eat the crap, then have smaller portions.

Your clueless... FAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. eat lots of avacodoes and peanut butter and other high fat healthy foods. The alternative, fat free foods are loaded with carbs... those are more likely to make you gain weight than fat.

stop eating fat... that is the simplest answer... cut down on pastas, breads, dairy, and try concentrating more on the veggies, fruits, grains, and some meats... but not too fatty.... try chicken or beef....
