all i ever hear of are people concerned with being over weight. what about us that are underweight? I eat like crap, i work 9-10 hours a day, and my stress level is through the roof.
i only eat twice a day on the average because my appetite stinks. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Don't complain. I used to be just like you at one time. As you get older, your metabolism will slow down, and you will gain weight, even when you don't want to. When I really wanted to put on weight, I found milkshakes did the trick.

I don't know alot about that kinda stuff... but I think the best way to gain weight would be to eat all the time... even if your not hungry. If thats not an option you can take hormones alot of under weight people do that

Just eat alot of fast food and drink 'weight gain' products which you can find at pharmacies and stores.

But, you must know the limit for gaining weight before you become overweight.

work out. lifting weights and eat lots of protein
