I'm a 16 year old player on my school's varsity team. I'm pretty good for not being really not working out that much, but I've been thinking that I want to step it up and take top varsity for next season. Along with working on my game, what would make a good workout and diet plan for maximum results.

I am 14 yrs old and a lot has happened in my life but i always have found different ways of coping. lately I have really had the urge to cut. Just to try, to feel how it is. I know that it is not the best way to handle the situation(s) but I really would like to just try. yet i am very hestitant. Maybe there is a part of me that is still like "no don't do it." but i just want to get this urge out of my system. The only way of doing that is by getting this out of the way. But i get scared that I'm going to cut a vein or an artory, or get an infection. I also have fairly thin wrists so i get nervous around that area. I won't go too deep really, i JUST want to try this and get this urge out. And have you ever in the past cut, or still do? Were you nervous the first time? How did you do it? ( i plan to use a razor btw.) And how deep is TOO deep and how do you KNOW it's too deep?

i am not rele in the mood to here the whole "DONT DO IT!" but i'll respect what you say anyway.

i have this lump that is on the side of my neck it comes like every month or so and i have no idea what it is i dont want ot go to he doctor if its not setrious any ideas on what it may be its right below my ear if that helps

in the last two weeks I have gained 5 pounds. But I dont notice a difference in the extra five pounds and either does anyone else. You see im on a weight lifting diet 250 grams protein 300 grams carbs. And one week I noticed I was geting a little bot hungryer than usawal so I ate an extra maybe 700 calories one day but last night was really bad I ate a piece of fried chciken an english muffin 3 bags of vegetables and some grapes and half piece of cottage cheese. OH MY GOD AND NOW IM 159 pounds! Im soo scared it makes me not want to eat. So the next day I just went back to my usawal diet im geting rid of the stupid whey protein shakes and eating protein instead. I think the shakes dont even provide me with energy cause its like a liquid. What should I do. If I just eat regulaur like I was and weight lift everyday will it go away?

Can you tell me if what I ate today is healthy or not?

2 calcium vitamin gummy bears
3/4 bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats
20 raisins
22 roasted almonds salted
1 nutri-grain blueberry cereal bar
1 banana
1 banana
1 orange
2 slices of turkey meat
3 baby tomatoes
4 baby carrots
1 Pizza Hut breadstick
1 can of campell chicken noodle soup
1 apple with 2 tbs of peanut butter topped with 30 raisins

In all...I had about 1465 calories today and I feel soooo guilty!! Should I feel guilty? Did I have a good day or bad day?

P.S. I'm 5 feet and 99 pounds and 13 years old!

ok, now before you start saying anything about me being to young for dieting and stuff let me explain myself.

School got out for me just last Thursday [17th], and I'm not happy with how I look.

I'm 5ft 4in, and I weigh 174lbs.

So, over this summer I was wondering how much It was possible for me to lose before oh, about August 17, that's around the time school gets back in.

I'm up for about anything. [except anything that will put my health in danger, and stuff I'd have pay for over the internet]

So, I want to know what I can lose, and what I can do to lose it.


Please help me, I want to lose most of my gut by the end of summer.

I just turned 26 this month and have more or less battled my weight my whole life. I am married and have a 17 month old son. I want to be happy in my life and as long as this weight is with me, I won't be.

I started a Learn to Run clinic in March and that is going well. I need some REAL and SERIOUS advice and suggestions that I can do to help the process. I hate the gym, so don't suggest that. And I am a stay at home mom so most of the things I choose to do have to be done at home. I need to lose at least 20 pounds, would be happier with 30. Thank you!

I am a stay at home mom and I don't have insurance and therefor no PCP. I have used phenteramine 37.5 in the past and lost 20 lbs. I would like to again but have found that custom hrt is no longer there. I found a site called elite drug store and they are charging 44 for 90 pills plus 20 fee. def its a wow price. for someone that has a perscription its great. Does anyone know a ligit site that does not require one?

i started at 110 lbs at 16 and then got to 90 and now at 20, i'm 110 again. can i get back to that weight again. I'm only 5'1''. i want to be 90 so so bad.

HI, i am abit embarrised to ask this but here goes.

i have noticed i have been having more discharge than normal prob since having my second child 1yr ago. i have to constantly wear panty liners as i always feel abit wet down there and it is uncomfortable. does anyone know what this is, im not sure if it is incontinence as i know it is not wee or can it still mean that if its discharge?!?! please help im 21 by the way

My brother-in-law was recently rushed to the hospital because he was terribly ill which turned out to be some sort of infection and low white blood cell count due to his chemotherapy treatment. He was admitted to the ICU and my sister was told he had a very slim chance of making it, the next day the doctor said 40% of patients in this situation don't make it. Then, 5 days later he was all of a sudden discharged (4 days before the original release date), he still was not eating anything (getting nutrients through IV), was not able to walk to even use the bathroom. He was on morphine as well. My sister went to pick him up and the doctors didn't meet with her and the nurses didn't give her any information, they only told her to go to his regular doctor in a week for a check up. He still had an IV in and they had to ask her to take it out. Dont they usually give you a list of things you need to do? How can they discharge someone who can't eat or walk to the bathroom?

sometimes when i test my blood sugar, i use my monitor to test it...but sometimes i use the same needle more than once for 4 weeks...is it ok, and sometimes i use the same needle 2 times and then throw it away...is that ok too? please help...i heard that u can die, is it ok....please help me

It's one moth until summer break and my goal is to lose 5 inches off my stomach in two months. Is that even possible? Curl up, Crunches, any tummytoning exercise I can not do, so don't bother. I need to know Cardiovascular exercises I can do. I dont have a whole lot of time for exercising in the morning, maybe 10, 20 minutes, but in the afternoon I have plenty of time. I go to school, so I cannot exercise after lunch, and my gym class is before lunch. PLEASE HELP ME!

I have thought about getting breast implants for quite awhile. Two reasons are because: a) I have gotten many rude comments about them in the past because of them being small (I'm an A). b) I think it will help my self-esteem. I know that the cost of surgery is high. I also know that there are many risks such as capsular contracture, uneven results, leaking and/or breaking, excessive bleeding & swelling, severe infections, scars, pain, etc. Even though there are these risks and the cost of surgery is expensive should I still get implants?

I've been dieting for 3 weeks officially. I'm doing everything the right way- exercising at least 3 times a week, drinking plenty of water, eating the right things, staying away from sugar/soda/sweets/and too many carbs, and even allowling myself 1 day to splurge out of the week; however I've lost NO WEIGHT! Any advice as to what I may be doing wrong or what I should do to start seeing some results?
