that's about 2 lbs a month, you can do that very easily. you haven't provided any information about your current diet or level of activity so it's rather challenging to offer advice on what changes you need to make.

Exercise and diet, that's all it takes. 3500 cal =1 pound. So if you have an excess of that many calories in a week, you will drop 1 lb. You have till november, so even 1 pound a week is good (approx 3 1/2 months to lose the 15). Since you are small to begin with, losing more than that a week is going to be very difficult.
However, I'm sorry to say that at 5'1, your chances of winning a modelling contest are not very good. Still doable though, make sure you wear high heels!

I would suggest rather than running for exercise, which puts
alot of stress on your heels and ball of your feet, to start a
water exercise program instead. Even water aerobics where
you exercise vigorously will burn off calories, and will also
firm you up. Leg kickings and arm movements underwater
will help tone you up in nothing flat, if you do this on a daily
regimin. You should see the results by the middle of next
month if you dedicate yourself.
110 seems fine to me for your heighth. Should you be
less than that? The emphasis now, isn't on the string bean
look anyway. They seem to have caught on, that most
Americans are not skinny people. We are an overweight
nation. So they are supposed to be giving the models a
little slack now I've heard anyway. The anorexic look is dead.
So check with your doctor on your approved weight and
stick with being healthy. And don't deprive yourself of eating
healthy either. The way you take care of your body today,
will pay off for you in old age.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
