find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Insanity is doing the same things and expecting different results If you want to stop the insanity.. there you have it. Good things to be kept in mind as potential catalysts: Diet & Exercise. You'll be sure to lose weight by doing nothing else but burning more than you take in even if you don't exercise. So everytime you stick some thick alfredo sauce on your pasta or eat any form of greasy or red meat, which is extremely high in calories, realize that the weight isn't coming from out of the blue. To put this into perspective. One McDonalds doublecheeseburger is about 450 calories. Now that's one sandwich, a person of 110 pounds couldn't need much more than 1250 calories in a day, and you're nearly at half of what you need right there. Constantly snacking throughout the day on fruits and vegetables will keep your appetite down, but strong exercise will permit you to eat more hearty meals without worrying about weight addage. You'll be your ideal weight as you follow such guidelines.

No one will offer tips because being 5'1'' and 90 pounds isn't healthy. Go ask your doc, and he will tell you the same. If you are that concerned about your weight, why don't you just tone up your trouble zones. Good luck and God Bless

I think you should go walking if you can. I lost 35lbs. I walked t3x's a day and I did great, then I stopped and gained it all back and i no longer have an active job and i feel so tired now i can hardly make myself get going so get a walking partner and get moving if you live where you can. good luck!
