Breakfast is the way your body knows its time to wake up and start burning calories. you shouldnt do anything on empty stomach, it leads to many medical problems including diabetes. Have breakfast - start with just a little bit and increase it every day, your body will get used to it.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You could try eating something really small. When I went through a period of illness a few years ago, my appetite was zapped. I ate lots of soup and sandwiches, just simple food like that. Anyways, it was then I discovered the perfect 'small' breakfast - fruit smoothies. These are great cos you can make them the night before and they keep in the fridge. Plus, it is really easy on the digestion and depending on the fruit used, can be really sweet. My favourite combo is yogurt, blueberries, a banana and a apple. You can mix and match to find your favourite 'flavour'. Hope this helps!

I used to HATE eating in the morning, but I knew how important it was. I started off with small meals, like cereal/granola bars. Even the ones made by Quaker that have chocolate chips in them, at least do have some healthy ingredients, and they are small and easy to take on if you aren't a morning eater.
agree with the comment about smoothies. i make one in the morning with whey powder and some liquid protein, frozen berries, ice...the recipe is online, if you look up Jackie Warner, you should be able to find it. I use chocolate whey powder and the smoothie tastes like chocolate and berry ice cream! It has a loto f healthy ingredients and it's not heavy, but yo won't be hungry after, either.

Simple. Use more energy than you eat, and the fat will go. Have your breakfast: otherwise you starve yourself, your metabolism slows down, and by evening you're famished and have to eat more to compensate. Big meals in the evening are a waste of time because sleeping doesn't require any great exertion. Wake up earlier and do stuff. I do, and it makes me feel hungry!

I make this breakfast drink sometimes that is so refreshing and light but supplies you with so many servings of your F&V and some dairy. Here it is:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen fruit (your choice)
1 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 banana
Mix in a blender and enjoy!

Make yourself eat something like cooked oatmeal to which
you add berries, a little milk and maybe strawberries or
peaches. That will keep you going and make you feel full.
One time I was dieting and eating oatmeal a lot throughout
the day. Guess what - it lowers your cholesterol.

You should just try a food complement/suplement, its mostly just milkshakes easy to prepare, to stop eating wont help you lose weight, it could cause a serious sickness.
