I have thought about getting breast implants for quite awhile. Two reasons are because: a) I have gotten many rude comments about them in the past because of them being small (I'm an A). b) I think it will help my self-esteem. I know that the cost of surgery is high. I also know that there are many risks such as capsular contracture, uneven results, leaking and/or breaking, excessive bleeding & swelling, severe infections, scars, pain, etc. Even though there are these risks and the cost of surgery is expensive should I still get implants?

If you feel like you really need them and want to take the risk then I would do it..but do it for yourself! Don't let peoples comment make or break you. I'm sure there is someone out there who will love you for what you have. Just work with what you have & show confidence.

I've always had big breasts (D), even when I was a size 3. I've always had rude comments directed at me including being accused of having implants! Bigger breasts can cause back problems and sore shoulders. It's also hard to find clothes that are fitted. I never buy one piece outfits. I also work in a medical malpractice law firm and have seen many horror stories come from implants. If it's 100% worth it, go for it. Chances are you will be okay. If you have any doubts, don't do it. People are just freaking rude when they make ANY comment about your breasts! I'd much rather have small one's to be perfectly honest.

Guys don't like fake boobs, I know many guys who would rather touch "a handful" rather than fake boobs.

Big breasts are not all that.

Ignore the rude comments from people.

If YOU want them it has to be because YOU want them and not because of other people's rude comments. Not because of friends comments or b/f's wanting you bigger chested.

Make sure you really research what implants require and how the healing process is as well as many other issues along with it.

I love in California and seem/know may womens with implants..they are not pretty.
I personally dislike girls with beast implants because in order to love some one you have to love your self firs. and if you think you need to change your self in order for some shallow guy to like you.. than you are wrong. Please don’t I know many girls that have them and its not a pretty thing after a wile. that is if you are not left with scars. Most of the time you get scars and pain even years after the fact.
I'm personally more attracted to a girl that has some thing to say I mean a good conversation than a girl with big breast.
that is all.
in a way women say the perfect guy is the one that loves them by who they are and yet they spend most of their time putting make up on.. Changing their appearance to look better.
in the end you are going to en up wondering if guys would like you the same if you look as before.
that is my answer. But and old friend used to tell me.
We ask for advice when we know the answer to our question but don’t want to accept it.

I wouldn't do it. Your self-esteem will suffer if you have big problems after surgery. Think hard: it's surgery, I heard about a woman who died after this kind of surgery. She had an abnormal sensibility at some anesthetic substances and she died, leaving her husband with their 2 years daughter.
There is no such thing as surgery without vital risk.

You really should research this before you make a decision. Its a life altering choice. Remember that implants need to be re-done every 5-10 years, they dont last forever. LOTS of men like small breasts. Women with small breasts have a lot more choices in cute bras and shirts. You can wear a halter top without looking like a tramp. Self esteem should not come from having men stare at your breasts, it should be deeper than that.

Don't do it. Just ignore all of those comments that people are saying about you. If they were your friends, they wouldn't care about your size. Just be happy with yourself.
