i have been useing a treadmill 3 times a week 30 mins for 2 or 3 weeks i am 6"2 tall 14.6 stone i started at 14.2 stone. is it muscle that is makeing me heavier i am trying to eat healthier and less.

Apologies if i spelt it wrong, but i have extremely large ... and i mean huge lumps appearing all over my head ... my Doctor told me they were sebacious cysts. Their are about four in my ear lobe, currently small but seem to grow randomly, there are, from what i can feel, fou "dormant" on my foorehead and one huge one and there is one "dormant" on my chin and on huge one. They only occur in the facial area and are very VERY unsightly.

Can anyone tell me what is going on, i know is something to do with hair follicles (see wikipedia - they also have images of the things i have....) but i cant find an explanation as to what to do in simple terms.

If anyone could translate how to resolve them simply or tel me simply what to do, it would be much appreciated.

I have nice bright blue eyes which go unnoticed because they're always red and glossy.I'm not so much worried about the redness but the fact that they're so glossy irritates me because people think I am always high. I do have a pet dog, and wear contacts but they were like this before I bought the dog, and the new contacts I got were supposed to relieve the symptoms, but they really didn't. Any advice?

I really enjoy smoking. I've had no problems over the past ten days, but I miss it. I've smoke since I was 14, now I'm 39. I've heard some people can smoke and have virtually no physical problems from it--I think I may be one of those people. If that's the case, I wanna start again! Any others out there like me?

I'm 15, and for the past 6 months or so during my period, I've been feeling like I'm about to faint. It's never happened in the 3 years since I started. Now, my face gets/feels pale and I start to sweat a little...but then I'm feeling hot and cold at the same time. Sometimes my vision goes black for a few seconds and it takes me about a minute or two to retrieve it once I sit down. When it's all over, it just seems like all the major pain instantly goes away in a snap and I'm back to regular minor cramps for the rest of the few days.

I stepped on my sons shoe and twisted my foot yesterday. It instantly swelled up, and the pain is almost unbearable. The pain is on the side of my foot by my little toe. The pain seems to be getting worse and is constant. The pain also shoots up almost my whole leg. It even hurts as bad when I am not bearing any weight on it. I can not even let it lay on my bed or pillow or anything, that seems to make it even worse. I don't want to go in to see a doctor and find out it is just a sprain and waste my time or the doctors. Not to mention looking like a big baby. Any suggestions?

last night my bf noticed that i was getting quite a bump on me well i always feel bloted and i have been getting tummy pains every now and then and can not stand up cos it hurt so much and been off work a few time though it. i couldnt go to the loo as often as a used to and i am still haveing my periods at the normal times i am all so on the pill. but i went to the docs and she said am i eating normal meals and that which i do i only have tea and eat when i am hungey really. so she said for me to try and eat a bit more she told me to eat all bran and i have been well everythime i do it i feel sick and full right away. then my tummy hurts after. my bf said he wants me to take a test to see if am preg but i carnt be cos i have just had my period. the question is can you still get preg if you still have periods and on the pill. thanks

I was stable for a long time on my meds and I haven't changed how I take them, but I'm drifting down rather quickly now. Everyone is attributing it to the fact that I just moved into my first apartment with my boyfriend, but we're settled and I'm still getting worse.
