I have allergies really bad but they are accompanied with a slight fever, not going past 100.5 degrees. Is this normal for allergies? or could it be something else?

No, you do not run a fever with allergies, not even low grade. A fever is a sign that there is some sort of infection, or possibly a cold or flu to blame. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America says that if you are running a fever and experiencing allergy symptoms, it is almost certainly a cold or flu than allergies.
With that said, you should seek care from your primary care physician right away to rule out an infection and receive some antibiotics if necessary.

First of all, whenever you body is fighting an infection it usually causes a fever, which in most cases is good, as that means your body is fighting the infection off! Allergies easily can turn into sinus infections and even pneumoinia. Allergic rhinitis can block the tubes that drain the sinuses, leading to infection of the sinus cavities .

I have ran a fever from poison ivy before, so I guess other allergies could cause a fever too. I also ran a fever from a bee sting.

I got hayfever a while back and had no idea, never suffered from it before.
I'd left it so long it became infected, you can get sick from allegies if you leave it untreated too long.
