Just so you understand, Not all women are able to do this function. However if you can learn to do it, Your husband, boyfriend or partner will thoroughly enjoy you being able to tighten up around his erection. you can try by tightening you muscles in your butt.squeeze your cheeks together, then you will feel how the muscles in your abdomin are contracting. justsqeeze them like you are trying to stop from going number 1. as if it would hurt to go so you pinch it off with your muscles. that is the best way I can describe how you would beable to do this...... plus once you learn to do it, you will make it so your uterus stays stronger, as women tend to lose it and it can become a problem as they get old when the uterus begins to fall out if you still have it by the time you are in your 60's or plus years. tighten, squeeze, tighten squeeze..
just learn the technique and not only will your man love it, so will you when you get older.

Know how you squeeze to hold your pee when you are out in public and have to get to a bathroom? That's how to tighten the muscle! It's that easy. While you are sitting in your car, sitting at your desk, walking through the store, whenever ... just squeezeand release over and over and this will exercise the muscle and make it tighter.

If there's a problem with the pelvic floor muscles being weak some drs may recommend physical therapy to help make them stronger.

I would recommend talking to your dr about this as well to see what they think.
