I'm 15 years old and looking to gain some muscle, mainly around the bicep area. I have generally been a good runner, but I feel like I need to bulk up. What are some good (easy to acquire) foods for muscle growth?

hi

i m 25,4 feet 9 inches, unmarried female.. and from childhood onwards.. i m suffering from bed wetting. I don do regularly.. but it happens thrice or twice or sometimes 5 times a week. And from last one month, i am feeling that i m getting lower back-pain and abdomen and kidneys pain.

So, i went to gasteroentrologist (MD). He told me to undergo Total abdomen ultra sound scanning. And my reports says that... after post voidal scan.. still some 330cc of urine is remaining(whereas within 3mins of time i went to urine for 2 times and still i was sensing to get urine) and there is a danial in the two kidneys.

Could anyone of you please tell me the its future problems in my married life. I am unmaried now. And in getting a baby.

not had a period for 9 weeks now, not pregnant, already had test for endemetriosis and i am clear. Recently had a large loop excision to remove non cancerous cells that were found during my smear. i have had bad smears since having my daughter in 2002 could this be related???

1st, I heard that herpes is somtimes hidden(can't see from surface of private part). Is that true
