If your have std's and you got the cure for it and then 3 dayz later you had sex with a guy without protaction can he get stds? or the std's would be out of my system by then?

As long as the infection is gone you should be just fine. If the antibiotics didn't kill the infection (resistant) or you stopped taking all of them it might not have killed the bacteria. If it didn't kill the bacteria then you could possibly spread it to someone else.
It's probably best he get tested just to be on the safe side and because you just treated the infection a few days ago. Good luck!

It depends on what disease you had and how long you have been taking medicine. Did you ever think that maybe he could have a disease and has given it to you? I am not here to judge or make you feel like less of a man or woman. Just be safe because there are so many people infected with diseases and you might not know. Men are usually asymptomatic.
I have chlamydia. The doctor prescribed two pills of 500 mg's of Azithromyocin (Zithromax). She told me to take both pills at the same time and to come back in three weeks to make sure that the Zithromax worked. She said it could take up to 3 weeks so I shouldn't have sex during that time.

yes, you have to finish the antibotics that were given to you so that the disease is comletely eradicated and also, STOP HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX!!!! if you were just seen by a doctor for an STD, why are you putting you and your partner at risk AGAIN????????????

sweety there are no cures for std's only treatment thats why most of the us citizens have chlymidia because theres no cure

Std's are so exaggerated I would not give it a seconds thought.
After 2,800 partners (approx) in my life I speak from experience unlike many on this board.
