It is normal for a penis to turn in one direction. Some turn to right, some turn to left, some angle up, and some angle down. ver few are just straight. You did not cause this from masturbation. You are okay. and it should be no problem for sex.

Very unlikely that masterbation caused the left or right turn, nothing like a touch of manual guidance from your partner
