I used to be anemic (not enough iron in my blood - bruised easily, lethargic feeling, etc.) and I started taking a daily multi-vitamin. I definitely noticed a difference in my energy level. I really do think they're good for you, especially if you don't eat as healthy as you should (which I don't, I'm not much of a meat eater and don't get as much vegetables or fruit as I should).

I personally have not noticed a difference when I take multivitamins but I know people who say they do. I think doubling up on the amount of water you drink helps more as long as you eat foods that are good for you in your daily diet. So many people are walking around tired because they are dehydrated and don't even realize it. They think they need to be taking vitamins when they really need to be keeping their body hydrated by drinking lots of water. It really does make a big difference in the way you feel and you're skin looks better too.

Young people taking multi vitamins is ridiculous! you get enough vitamins from your food intake, please don't be fooled by these multi national drug companies. Pharmaceuticals are big business round the world, and their advertising is first class and deceptive! There is nothing they like better than to see you purchase their products that you don't really need! Have a good day.

Yes. I don't feel as tired at the end of the day if I take my multi.
