you dont normally consume it - your liver makes it and your liver adjusts the amount it makes to keep it in balance with the amount you consume So the amount you consume makes VERY little difference. and YOU can do very little naturally about your body's normal level. HOWEVER exercise increases the proportion HDL (i.e its good for you)

i don't know of any people thinking about "consuming" cholesterol everyday.
