I'm 15 years old and looking to gain some muscle, mainly around the bicep area. I have generally been a good runner, but I feel like I need to bulk up. What are some good (easy to acquire) foods for muscle growth?

seriously, at your age it is not the time to do heavy weights. Eat a whole lot of chicken. Fish if you got the cash as an extra. Eat every 2 hours but make sure you do some sort of excercise about 2-3 times a day. Not alot of Cardio if you want to bulk up.

after you go to the gym or lift weights, the best thing you can put in your body to speed up muscle growth is whey protein. Proteins in general are improtant for muscle growth, but especially whey right after workout. You need to increase your daily protein intake by eating foods like chicken breast, turkey, (really most kinds of meat), nuts, cheese, milk, yogurt, ect.

Things which have protein.. help build muscle. But, Over all I think just a healthy diet in a combination of foods will work. Stay away from sodas and junk food. they will only help you gain fat.

Foods high in protein- plenty of eggs, red meat, nuts etc. also do weights at night, studies have shown it is the best time for muscle development.

you take any milk products for milk drink used gain muccles and not reduce your muscle grouth But, other(for egg , nonvege and suppliments),increase your muscle but,somebody for fever attack the body suddenly decrese for you grouth ,and sure for milk ,
you use for forever living products(milk ,aloe vera) for best result

patatoes tuna milk maize meal and eat it 6 times a day o'yeah and oats this is alot of protein and will help you pick up a few pounds

Turkey has a lot of protein...more than chicken even and less fat. Also try some ostrich jerky (I buy mine from Vitamine Shoppe). Ostrich also has a lot of protein and little fat.
