urine problem?

hi

i m 25,4 feet 9 inches, unmarried female.. and from childhood onwards.. i m suffering from bed wetting. I don do regularly.. but it happens thrice or twice or sometimes 5 times a week. And from last one month, i am feeling that i m getting lower back-pain and abdomen and kidneys pain.

So, i went to gasteroentrologist (MD). He told me to undergo Total abdomen ultra sound scanning. And my reports says that... after post voidal scan.. still some 330cc of urine is remaining(whereas within 3mins of time i went to urine for 2 times and still i was sensing to get urine) and there is a danial in the two kidneys.

Could anyone of you please tell me the its future problems in my married life. I am unmaried now. And in getting a baby.

Thank u..My ultrasound report says that my left and right kidneys are silightly dilated and there found a over distended urinary bladder.And also there found(in micro) that, my urine sample contains 1 to 2 cells of pus HPF(i don know wat it is). and also in that there found 2 to 4 cells of Ellipethtic cells.. Please.. let me know whether is there any problem.. after marriage.. n getting a baby... is there any risk to my n my babies life...??? pls tell me.. n also tell me the necessary precautions... i will go to urologist after 2 daz.. as i m busy with my project. Reproductive system and urinary tract and system are two different fields of your body functions and have nothing to do with each other…
It will not affect your married life…
Has the doctors checked kidney stone…?
You are consulting a wrong specialist…
BETTER GO TO AN UROLOGIST rather than a gastroenterologist who is not adequately suitable for your ailment… you are wasting money and time at a wrong place…

for a 25 year old girl , a residual urine of 330 ml is a lot and it is significant. leaving this sort of a residual volume could have back pressure changes in teh kidneys. does the scan say anything about 'hydronephrosis'?. i dont know what u mean by 'a danial in the kidneys'. it looks like u r developing chronic retention of urine. u need to see a urologist first. u also need to check your U and Es - ureal and electrolytes. as regards to your fertility/having kids, that should NOT be a problem.

right. Ultrasound scan report seen. thanks. yes u need to see a urologist ASAP. he will probably want to do a cystoscopy and urethral dilatation on u to relieve the urethral stenosis which is what u probably have. Regards the microscopy - there is nothing to be concerned about a few white blood cells and epithelial cells are normal. regards having a baby in teh future - ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WILL BE CAUSED BY THE PROBLEM THAT U HAVE NOW

1. Before starting the treatment, gather the first urine of the patient in the morning in a glass and one will observe that this urine is not clear but hazy and has bad smell. It denotes that the kidneys are not functioning properly. 2. Put one cup of water to boil. Put one teaspoon of any tea in it. Do not add sugar or milk. I am sorry you are having such an embarrassing problem. YOu should have told your mother long ago. and contacted the gynae. Now do whatever your gynaecologist advises. Otherwise you will face severe embarrassment after marriage. DO NOT WORRY, YOU WILL GET CURED... BUT FOLLOW THE MEDICAL ADVICE FULLY AND DO NOT GO BY UNAUTHORISED ADVISE...
