I have nice bright blue eyes which go unnoticed because they're always red and glossy.I'm not so much worried about the redness but the fact that they're so glossy irritates me because people think I am always high. I do have a pet dog, and wear contacts but they were like this before I bought the dog, and the new contacts I got were supposed to relieve the symptoms, but they really didn't. Any advice?

Dont mess consisting of your chemical composition unnecessarily. Im guessing what youre searching to create is an danger free doe eyed look? pass on youtube and look up makeup tutorials about making your eyes look larger. (assuming youre a lady btw, if no longer then I dont recognize.)
