Hi Roy, I'm sorry you are in so much pain. Depending on the source of your pain there are several options for you.
There are lots of on line support groups for just about anything these days and sometimes just corresponding like that will help, just to get it out.
I don't know your age, but if you are still in school there are counselors who are ready, willing and able to help. Since school is out for some, you might want to consider talking to clergy, if you have a church of your own or even if there is one in your area, clergy members are always willing to lend an ear.
Finally, you could contact a doctor, even a family doctor or general practitioner can steer you in the right direction.
Please remember that there is always light at the end of the tunnel!! (don't be mad at me for saying that, I hate hearing that when i'm down. lol but its true)
I hope that you get relief for your pain soon.

I'm so sorry you feel so bad. I know what it's like to feel mental pain. What you need is to talk with a psychologist or a psychiatrist as soon as possible. Ask your medical doctor for a referral.
