It's one moth until summer break and my goal is to lose 5 inches off my stomach in two months. Is that even possible? Curl up, Crunches, any tummytoning exercise I can not do, so don't bother. I need to know Cardiovascular exercises I can do. I dont have a whole lot of time for exercising in the morning, maybe 10, 20 minutes, but in the afternoon I have plenty of time. I go to school, so I cannot exercise after lunch, and my gym class is before lunch. PLEASE HELP ME!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise (swimming, running, jogging, cycling etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Yes! I did a really crazy cleanse diet given to me by a great doc and really worked on exercising 60-90 minutes every day and I lost 3 inches in one month! That was in the beginning when I had a lot of weight to lose but now that I'm down in weight and maybe could stand to lose another 15 lbs, it's really hard to get rid of those last inches and may take me another year, who knows? So, my point is eating super healthy (NO JUNK!), cardio at least 1 hour with weights added after the 1 hour cardio will shrink your waist for sure! You just have to be really diligent and very consistent to see these kind of results in a couple of months. Good Luck!

I saw on TV that cardio excersice is the only way to loose fat off your stomach. Try jogging, or a cycling machine, rowing, I like the aerostepper thing x
