I'm a healthy person. I have an active lifestyle and eat lots of fruits and veggies. I've never had to pay a lot of extra attention to my weight or diet, besides taking vitamins and drinking water. However, even though I'm now off the medicine (a steroid for my asthma) and have vamped up my workouts, this extra weight isn't budging. So I think I need to change my diet. I've heard weight watchers is good for teaching portion control, but LA weight loss gives faster results. Even though I do not have a lot of weight to lose, I want to make sure I do it in a healthy way. Any suggestions, experiences, etc.?

After searching all over the entire county of San Luis Obispo, CA, there is absolutely not one oral surgeon that accepts medi-cal due to me being on SSI for severe Lupus/Fibromyalgia /CFS and all that goes along with that--The only option I have is to go to one of those lovely clinics that has only gas to offer me. Has anyone ever had to go through this with or without gas and what was the experience like for you during the surgery? Also, what can I expect the recovery time to feel like? I am scared of the dentist as it is (more of the shots than anything) for some reason my gums where they put the needdle is the most horrible type of pain. Timing is crucial-I have put this off for a long time and I have heard not taking care of the teeth that need to come out can be very dangerous. Please, if anyone has any personal experience or knows some one that has, please let me know ASAP. Thank you in advance! Fmincali

I am taking Keflex and it has given me bloating and foul smelling, soft stools. I go to the bathroom frequently. Should I eat yogurt or something? I don't have the money to get a DIFFERENT perscription.

One of my friends is a 5 ft 3, 135 lb, very strong girl. She knows that I love when she shows off her strength, and I recently gave her the challenge of giving me a piggyback ride. This isn't as easy as it sounds, since i'm 5 ft 7 and 260 lbs. She is a pretty big girl for her height, and most of her body is muscle. Her legs are thick and very strong, especially in her calves. She said that she's up for the challenge, and thinks she should do it.
I felt her legs a bit today, her calves were too large to wrap both my hands around, and when she flexed them they hardened up and became very defined. Her thighs were large and almost completely muscle. I also felt her abs and arms, under a little bit of fat but still strong.
Obviously safety is my first concern, I would never put her in danger.
How easily do you think she can piggyback me? Also, what do you think she's capable of while i'm riding on her back?

My heart breaks when I have to stand by and watch my daughter battling with ringing in her ears! The tinnitus isn't the worst of it though, because she battles to fall asleep her overall health seems to be getting worse. It seems to me that because she is so tired and anxious, she can't sleep for long and always seems to pick up every germ that is doing the rounds. Can this because of her tinnitus? Where can I get a tinnitus treatments for her.

Maybe I laugh too much. No, the disorder is
not cancer. You just "siphon off enough gas
to fill tanker" over a period of years.

And it has nothing to do with red meat, beans,
or the cost of analysis over at abut dot calm.

And whatever Brother Redeye said about
you know what. I also heard Pisa leans this way.
