i used to masturbate frequently, but then stopped because i frequently woul worry about impregnating a family member or friend. i wanna masturbate sooo bad. but i cant find any sites saying that i cant impregnate unless in the vulve pleeeaaassseee help

I have sores on the outside of my vagina and I have experienced painful uritation and intercourse. It started over a week ago and I used Monistat 1 day Sunday night. It caused more burning and irritation but it got a little better but now the sores won't go away. I've used the external cream on them and it still has not done anything for it. I have been in a lot of pain for almost 2 weeks and I'm ready for it to stop...any suggestions...

So ive been having acid reflux sysmtoms for about 5 months and ive been watching what I eat. So im perfectly normal in morning and I get this meal meal replacement shake. and now i have a migraine. WHAT COULD I BE ALLERGIC TO ?

I've suffered with chronic fatigue ever since having a bad case of glandular fever, some years ago. I've tried everything, and nothing has really helped. I eat a healthy diet, exercise, sleep well, etc etc. My blood tests are all clear and several physical check-ups have produced normal results also.

Currently I'm trying anti depressants to help with my energy and enthusiasm level, but the three I've tried haven't done much. So am just wondering if anyone out there has come across any other medication that's helped?

NOTE: please don't respond by suggesting any so-called 'natural' remedies/therapies - I've tried them all!!!

I have a lot of problems and I'm usually very upset. My friends don't rea;ize this, though because I'm always smiling and "happy" and whenever someone asks how I am, I always say I'm good. My one friend-- friend #1-- has been constantly been telling me to tell people how I feel and to be more open since the day I told her about some of my problems. Well, friend #1 had been bugging me about it, so I went and complained about it to friend #2. Friend #2 started asking me why I'm not open and now she's acting like friend #1. This is what friend #1 had told me: yeah dee, i highly doubt that. again you dont realize but with you there is always something... to be worried about. So now I have two friends bugging me to tell people how I feel and what's going on. But there's a problem; I don't know how to be open. I've always put others first. It was-- and still is-- very rare for me to think about myself.

Can anyone explain what does it mean to have a prognosis of "guarded" when related to rheumatoid arthritis?, my rheumatologist filled some forms for disability insurance and wrote guarded as the prognosis. I did not see it until I got home and my next appmt is in 4 weeks. Anyone knows what a more elaborated way of explaining the prognosis would be. Thanks.
