Whoa - hold on here. Masturbation is self stimulation and if you do it by yourself you are not gonna get anyone pregnant. The whole idea of getting someone pregnant is to place the sperm well inside her vagina. Eggs and sperm do not "fly" thru the air like germs. If you simply masturbate and wipe up your sperm with a tissue or toilet paper and flush it down the drain there not gonna be any pregnants - honest. Sincerely I didn't understand the "impregnating" fact!
What do your family member have in common with your masturbation then? Are you in trouble for your sperm maybe? If so, I don't see where the problem is. In the case you always are discharging in the bathroom, try to don't put sperm on the water-closed or on the bidet; however, a simple cleaning should be sufficient then. Note that once out, sperms die in some hour!

As for impregnating anyone the semen must be place near to or into the vagina in order for sperm to have a chance. Exposure to air will do em in.
