Is these feelings happens and did something bad happen? Calm down and tried to think rationally. Are there any reason for you to feel scared? Is your family is at home with you? Do you have headache and are you able concentrate well? If the first two question, you said is 'yes', try to find someone close to you to talk to.

You are in a panic-fear mode and it was created when you had a severe depression bout. The lower brain was affected by the depression chemicals and the upper brain wrote a logic patch to explain your situation. The logic patch is a panic as you see more than is really there in life. Calm down . Most likely if you fall in love again soon it will fade away. The pills will make everything dull and then you can not be afraid. It just feels so bad to be on pills is all. Good luck as things will get worse until you see you need to learn some skills in the greetings in life and the interplay rules. Don't give up many are forced into this mode . I wish we were able to help each other more is all.

anxiety my friend. Different ways to deal with this. Meds , natural remedies, therapy. Depends on how bad it is. I keep Rescue Remedy (natural remedy, buy it online) around. Couple drops under the tongue and a deep breath or sigh(?) and I feel more relaxed. Another trick I use is to say out loud to myself, when I am thinking about something negative or stress producing, "turn the corner" as if I am going to go a different direction.
If it is really affecting your life therapy will help, find someone you click with, don't settle on any therapist.

You are having a version of anxiety unless you keep thinking about the same situation over and over again. If this is so it is called OCD. Either can be treated successfully by a competent therapist, preferably one who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is concerned with re-orienting your thinking and behavior. This is usually a short term form of therapy. One thing they will work with you on is to concentrate on events in your past where you faced a challenge, and help you to remember how you handled that challenge, thus dealing with your fear that the world is going to end.

HAve you gotten this feeling before and has something bad happened??Or did it just start?? If you get this feeling alot and something bad happens, than yeah, I'd be scared to. I would get me an appt. with a specialist. If this just started I would talk to a parent or sibling or maybe a good friend and see what they tell you.

Yeah. Like how lots i desire this guy i comprehend. I often become bored in men very particularly, yet this (unrequited) feeling I even have for him purely refuses to pass away. It particularly scares me because of the fact I each and every so often think of that no sturdy will ever come of it.

You may be suffering from an anxiety disorder and maybe more from a situational experience or maybe genetically passed on to you. Either way, you need to be evaluated by psychiatrist/psychologist.

Pull the clock back and reflect on incidents that may have happened in your life in the past and evaluate them calmly. You will then find that 'there is nothing to fear about anything but the fear itself' !
