i've been slim before bit after two years i became fat..... i want to bring back my old shape.....

pls. give me some diet plans....

pls. give me kinds of excercise.....

pls. help me.....

its a huge teen age problem....

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First you made your committment.
Now it is diet, exercise. Control.
I went back to the gym today May 19.
I am with you time to lose the chub on my body.
but it will take time.
To really get slim again, weight training is going to be the most important.
Also control your intake of food.

okay here's what you need to do.
First, set yourself a goal as to how much your want to lose, poundswise or incheswise.
Second, drink more water !
Third, eat healthier ! Consume approximately 12-13 times your weight in calories. Be sure to consume plenty of fiber as well.
Fourth, do 2-4 cardio workouts a week. This includes running, biking, walking, etc.

have an healthy diet... fiber, fruits, veg...

cardio workout 1 hour a day... 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening and drink plenty of water... COUNT calories... =D exrcise... RUN, SWIMMING, DANCE, Any sports walking is good...

a juice diet is good you can do it for up to 30 days and loose up to a poound a day look it up on the internet for more info

if u eat rice then eat it only in one meal. take carrots, beetroot,tomatoes and avoid butter . if urnt DOING REGULAR EXERCISES THEN START WITH 15 MIN WALKING AND THEN GRADUALLY JOGGING FOR HALF AN HOUR.

just dont eat as much...you have expanded your stomach so dont eat until ur full just eat a portion as big as your 2 fists
