Stop taking the meal replacement shake and try this breakfast instead:
One cup of hot oatmeal cereal with eight ounces of skim milk
Half a cup of papaya slices.
Two slices of whole wheat bread with margarine
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it kick starts your metabolism for the day and gives your body and brain an energy boost after fasting overnight while sleeping. The added benefit of this suggested breakfast is that it won't aggrevate your acid reflux symptoms.
If your migraine symptoms don't go away after stopping the shake I'd speak to your doctor about them.

Protein shakes do not make adequate meal replacements because they don't have enough complex carbs/healthy fats. It's fine to drink first thing in the morning but try follow it up with a later breakfast. Really, it doesn't take long to make breakfast. Just wake up earlier.

Stop taking whatever that you say you have been taking - meal replacement shake! Stick to normal breakfast which should include cereal (oats for example), milk/yoghurt and fruit !

look and see if your shake contains aspartame or any other chemical sweetener that is a nail on the head for migraines on top of everything else that poison does.
