Hi Fallen, the Dark Chocolate Is Good For Me, under certain circumstances. One bar of chocolate is enough to lower the my blood pressure in a natural and so enjoyable way. Of course this is not a joke.
A study was made in the US by specialists and published in the Journal of the American Heart Association about eating dark chocolate to lower the blood pressure. It is also helping to improve the insulin resistance.
I am very recommendable occasional eating of small bar of dark chocolate rich in flavinoids to lower your blood pressure. It is also good for your taste buds and also it is helping your heart.

Yes and No. When I am depressed chocolate helps very much. Unfortunately I get addicted to eating it and it makes me put on weight to in turn that makes me depressed. So for me I actually am feeling better if chocolate is banned from my life.

YES. Me too. I really believe in the healing power of chocolates. It really cheers you up after eating it. Also, it takes away the pain of headaches when you eat one. Take it to the expert, as to my personal experience.

Physically chocolate is not beneficial to the body, however psychologically the hormone known as 'endorphines' is released in the brain when you eat chocolate, this makes you feel happy and relaxed, its the same hormone released when you laugh.

Dark chocolate contains some very potent antioxidants, but may also contain sugar and preservatives which are not beneficial.
Milk chocolate contains almost none of these antioxidants and is loaded with milk fat and sugar. It's nutritionally useless.

I do! I do! Unfortunately, I don't need the calories that go along with "healing" with chocolate. (sigh)
