fiber is good - you need about 25-35g a day
too much carbs (what you are asking about) is not good - they give you energy but they are digested pretty fast so you feel hungry soon
eat more protein - especially for dinner, it repairs muscle and is digested slowly so it makes you feel full longer

Half of what you eat should be healthy grains, like what you eat. White bread, crackeres, pretzels, etc. are badrains whereas you eat plenty of whole grains.

This is good, but you should also be eating plenty of vegtables and fruits too. These grains have complex carbs and soluble/insoluble fiber, which is good for you. They help you stay fuller. Your diet will go fine if you eat only these types of grains but not too much, because they have lots of energy from the carbs.

Though grains are good, eating them "wholesale" like this would not constitute a good, healthy, nutritious, balanced diet for you.........

A healthy, balanced diet consists of foods that contain:

-carbohydrate
-protein
-minerals
-vitamins
-fat
-fiber

You merely go for grains mostly, you may ( I say you may) get under-nourished because grains mostly are carbohydrates.

So, it's wise to go for a well-balanced, nutritious diet where all nutrients mentioned above are present and included in the food.

Grains are good, especially whole grains, they are pumped with vitamins. Add a bunch of fresh fruit and vegetables and you are in business..
