If you have bad breath you could have cavities or rotting teeth. You should have your teeth cleaned at the dentist and have a thorough exam. If somebody in your family has a water pick you might try it and see if it cleans along the gumline and makes your breath better.

Apart from the very important ways like brushing, flossing, scraping the tongue, etc.one of the easiest ways to get rid of bad breath and body odour is drinking water. It is important for us to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday so you keep your body hydrated including your mouth. You must have noticed that when you feel thirsty or your mouth is dry it smells. So alongwith the rest of the good practises ensure that you have one glass of water every hour. This would go a long way in helping your body release all the toxins.Try it n you'll see the difference.

Bad breath can be due to many reasons such as decaying gum, unclean mouth, constipation etc. Go to a dentist and get your teeth cleaned once. If the bad breath still persists, then consult a homeopath who will treat your stomach and stop the bad breath.

1. Brush your teeth daily.
2. Use a tongue scraper (available anywhere you buy toothbrushes)
3. Mouthwash
4. See a dentist! You may have cavities or other infection like gum disease that is causing bad breath.

If all of the great suggestions like toothbrushing, floss, tongue brushing, and listerine don't work- there is always chlorophyll tablets.
Gum disease is usually a cause.
Sometimes bad breath comes from what you ate and expells odors from your skin and respiratory tract- the chlorophyll helps that.
Foods are garnished with lemon and/or parsley- they are neutralizers of sorts.

some people think that a simple mint cures bad breath. but that is only a temporary solution. you need to bruch your teeth and tongue. the tongue is very important to brush to get rid of odor causing bacteria. and if you rinse with a good mouth wash, e.g. listerine, it prevents gingivitis. good luck!
