Can you tell me if what I ate today is healthy or not?

2 calcium vitamin gummy bears
3/4 bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats
20 raisins
22 roasted almonds salted
1 nutri-grain blueberry cereal bar
1 banana
1 banana
1 orange
2 slices of turkey meat
3 baby tomatoes
4 baby carrots
1 Pizza Hut breadstick
1 can of campell chicken noodle soup
1 apple with 2 tbs of peanut butter topped with 30 raisins

In all...I had about 1465 calories today and I feel soooo guilty!! Should I feel guilty? Did I have a good day or bad day?

P.S. I'm 5 feet and 99 pounds and 13 years old!

you had a pretty good day!
except a can of soup - you could had replaced that with some veggies
and also you can try to have more protein

you need some lean protein. water and @ 13 you should be at about 2000 calories. I believe you are underweight! Stop feeling guilty or you will develop an eating disorder. I think what you ate today is healthy. add some diary like yogurt.

That's perfectly healthy. All the fruit and veggies and nuts and peanut butter is terrific. At 13 you're probably eating more because you're growing. That amount of calories sounds right for you unless you're a complete couch potato.

healthy food is great, way better than less calories but made up of unhealthy food.
what is unhealthy is your apparent preoccupation with your caloric intake and weight at only 13 years old. you are still growing, you need calories and nutrition to grow healthy.
