You are becoming a woman. You didn't say if you have your period yet but a lot of times when a woman begins her period her breasts will get sore. There is really not much that can help. You are probably growing too. Thirteen is the age that everything starts to develop. Good luck. Everything you are explaining sounds normal. Have you talked with your mom or another adult. It might be a good idea.

They get sore because they are getting bigger. You are stretching your skin and developing new tissues, of course it may be a little tender. And you may be getting into the hormonal fluctuations that characterize puberty: many women find that their breasts are sore at a certain point in their cycle.

You can certainly take an OTC painkiller like tylenol or aleve... if it's seriously painful, ask your mom to take you to see a doc.

they're sore because you are growing into a young woman. your hormone levels are increasing and your breasts are growing.your body is going to go through a lot of changes. you can take ibuprofin or tylenol for the pain. it shouldn't last long.
