It's all about how much you eat. You must limit yourself to eating only during meal times - no snacks. Don't have bowls of peanuts or chips sitting out near you, because you'll eat them without realizing. Never eat something directly from the bag or box; pour a small amount out into a bowl so you can see just how much you're actually eating. Always eat breakfast, but nothing heavy; just a bowl of cereal and some fruit juice is fine. Never eat right before you go to bed; that's when your metabolism shuts down and everything gets turned into fat. When you're bored, don't open the fridge; have a list of other things you can do like read magazines or whatever, and pick something to do off that list. Not sure about websites, but I hope these tips helped a little.

Man, I love to eat too, I absolutly hate excersizing, and all that information about "fats, sugars, carbs etc" on food labels confuse the heck out of me.

But, I'm able to keep my weight down by keeping it simple. I've changed a few bad eating habits and I only look at the calories of what I'm eating. When I eat something, I write down the amount of calories I ate on my hand, so I can be constantly reminded how much I've eaten and don't accidently go over my calorie limit for the day.

I've also switched out regular cokes with diet, I don't eat fast food, and at restaurants I order soup or shrimp instead of giant greasy 2000 calorie tacos. I eat about 400 calories a meal, leaving me room for a snack or two (because I know I WILL snack, no matter how hard I try not to)

Being a lazy bum and 5 feet tall, I limit myself to about 1400 calories a day. Remember: Every 3500 calories you don't burn, you gain a pound. Every 3500 you do burn, you lose a pound.

If you want a website to help you, try this place.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Why are you scared? Your weight is PERFECT. At least for now.

Start eating better--absolutely--because if you are eating all the wrong things and too much of them, one day you WILL be overweight. Get some exercise, too.

No, you are not overweight. Use a BMI chart, which combines your height and weight to create a number. It says that your BMI is 23.8, which is normal. Go to this website:
