Don't waste your money on all that junk. Make sure you 1) scrub your face, so that it gets rid of all the dead skin and opens up your pores. 2) get a gentle wash. doesn't have to be proactive. it's kinda pricey. and 3) use and gentle cream. i found that Nivea face cream is really good.
That seems to work for me. Give it a try before you spend all that money on Proactive.
Oo and if you have a big pimple, i'll tell you what i usually do, toothpaste hehe =)
Usually is dried up by the morning. Good luck

Tea Tree Oil is wonderful and works in 1 to 2 days. It's pretty inexpensive too. Available at drugstores, Walmart, and Health Food Stores. You just dab in on the zit morning and night. It will not leave your skin all dried up either. It's awesome.

I would suggest Ice it makes the swelling and redness go down. Tanning helps also. Benzoyl peroxide gel is great, I got some from walgreens for only 2 bucks, I went to a dermatologist and she wanted like 50 bucks! What a rip off!
