if you lose the weight helthy way which is 1-2lbs a week and work out you shouldnt have problem with saggy skin because you are very young and your skin is elastic.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think it is a matter of changing your life, not using the word diet. i am over 50 lbs. overweight and would love to loose it in my sleep. Unfortunately, that isn't going to work. You need to simply start my counting calories or even attending weight watchers. It helps just looking at your choices. As for the exercise, I'd simply start walking. You'll be surprised what you'll loose by soimply drinking less soda, more water and not eating sweets or bread. Load up on those vegetables. And don't go hungry. If you do, you'll fail and feel miserable. Get a buddy to go with you walking or even to weight watchers. It helps a lot! Good luck.

Cut the carbo, steak, oily food. Go for fresh low fat meals, no beans (bad for uric acid and fatty food), and processed milk, cheese, and ready to eat food.

Drink and drink something that is fiberous and cut the sugar.

Go seek medical intervention to monitor your sugar, cholesterol level, uric acid, heart.

Go seek professional help to correct your diet. Go seek a Medical dietician.

Go seek professional help to monitor your exercise functions. Too much may be be bad for you... may cause stroke or heart attack. So your blood pressure should always be monitored.

It is also best to lose weight at least 2 pounds every week. It should not go down drastically.

Always consult your doctor in case you plan to take diet pills or special tea to adjust your bowel movements.

Oh.. and maintain your cheerfulness... sometimes if you get depress, it destroys the whole process of weight loss.

Be happy and be cool!

It all depends on your genes - is there anyone else in your family who has lost a lot of weight? Did your mom get back into shape after she had babies? In the belly area? There is really no way to tell until you do it, but insurance will pay for the skin removal surgery if you have to have that done. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
